Managing area of finance, accounting, treasury, internal control, audit and tax matters, also responsible for financial and management reporting, cost and budget control. Manage the country team which consist 15 employees, monitor and support day to day activities and performances. Also review all contracts, to ensure company comply with all legal matters. Assist other department to ensure improvement in business process, and the last is part of Country Management Team which assist President Director to ensure company provide good service to customers.
