• Review & approve Purchase Request (PR) from all site area.
• Identify & verify part number with part book (catalogue) all brand heavy equipment.
• Review quotation from vendor (price, genuine, estimation time arrival)
• Monitoring shipment of part from vendor to all site area.
• Make a schedule for shipping parts from warehouse hub to all site area.
• Review Good Receipt (GR) & Good Issued (GI) from all site area.
• Analyze Inventory stock all brand heavy equipment in all site area.
• Monitoring stock exchange component (major & minor) in all site area.
• Monitoring consignment stock & Vendor Held Stock (VHS).
