- preparing invoices to pay for any period of times
- record account receivable for any period of times
- reconcile bank statements and so forth.

- serve the submission of customer claims in a timely manner according to company procedure.
- check the correctness of the claim before it is paid.
- carry out the administrative procces for the completeness of the claims before recieving the claim.
- serve the customer well by educating about the claim steps.
