In 1990, Naomi Soldon graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School and began practicing labor and employment law ever since. Currently, she serves as a managing partner at Soldon McCoy.
Naomi has extensive experience in trial and appellate courts. In addition to being admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the United States Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan, she is also admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin.
ERISA litigation is an area of expertise for Naomi. As a labor-management trust representative, she frequently obtains reimbursement for large claims. Aside from drafting plan documents and summary plan descriptions, Naomi ensures that documents comply with ever-changing laws and regulations, and attends court on a variety of complex ERISA matters.
