Led recruiting efforts for entire district during explosive growth period for the company. Used business trends to project growth for eight stores, projected headcount needs, partnered with Recruiter to open needed requisitions, and organized hiring events to supply candidates into the pipeline. Was able to partner in the hiring of 12 new associates over next 60 days.
