Development and Optimization of exhaust after treatment system. 5. Engine Calibration and performance testing on transient dynamometer. 6. Market concern analysis pertaining to high soot values in DPF for high traffic zones in india.

Major Responsibilities : 1. Homologation Engineer for BS3, BS4, BS6 engines of vehicles of GMV >3500 KG. 2. Coordination of Type Approval and COP Trials for Chinese, japanese and European clients as per Regulation. 3. Test Bed Data Validation, Performance & Emission Data Analysis, Compilation of Final Report. 4. Test bed engineer of 460kW HORIBA Test Bed 5. Management of 4 Engine test cells for Maximum utilization by ensuring minimum downtime. 6. Development and Certification of Automotive, diesel Gensets as well as Off-Road Engines in Mass Emissions and Performance Testing with conformance to national as well as International Standards. CMVR, AIS, ECE, EPA . 7. Project incharge for setting up of new Engine Test Cells of 550 and 250 kW. 8. Coordinating the procurement of spares, consumables used for operating test cells. 9. Support for NABL and IMS accreditation of Engine Test Cell Department.
