Neil prides himself on customer service, coaching, and problem solving. He began his career after he left the Army back in 1995. He started working for a local property company, where he learned as much as he could about the industry. He later combined that knowledge with his entrepreneurial spirit to launch his own company and become an industry leaders. Neil Newstead founded Oakfield Estate Agents to solve industry issues and expand within the market. His group has now become so successful that Neil has opened three branches in East Sussex, Hastings, Eastbourne, and East Sussex. He works hard to spend time at each branch interacting with management and staff so clients can have the best possible experience. He’s created a great atmosphere for his employees, which is reflected in how they treat their clients. Customer service is one of Neil’s top priorities. He understands that buying or selling a home and moving can be a stressful process, so he seeks to provide people with positive resources and great interactions during this time.
