RESPONSIBILITY -Lead a team of 6 people to manage cost reduction activity, continous improvement and solving quality problem -Preparing report cost reduction of process and reporting to a manager -Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output by PDCA and Kaizen methods -Provide process documentation and operating instruction to production -Research and Development of new products and standardized parameter processes will be used for mass production -Implementation of DFMEA and PFMEA in research and development of new product -Analysis of NCR with Root Cause Analysis and other tools and take countermeasures for its improvement in process condition, machine condition and methods process -Planning and budgeting for machines and tools to increase productivity and increase quality -Evaluating safety process and working area to achieve zero accident -Evaluating process production to get cost reduction achievement of 3% - 5% -Evaluating efficiency machines to increase production capacity -Commissioning machine and Factory Acceptance Tests in domestic and overseas ex: Taiwan, Japan, China & Italy -Taking care of Total Investment of 100B Rupiah by Planning, Installing, and Running the new machine until mass product and ensure generate product quality fulfills the specification -Implementation of ISO 14001 : 2015 , 9001 : 2015 & ISO 45001 : 2015 and as Internal Auditor Implementation of 5S and HIRADC on production floor
