Main responsibilities:
- KPI Management: Set up Target, build framework and tracking KPI, provide cause of change analysis and business-driven
- Category Management: Improve and correct category chart, monitor and evaluate by category/sub-category, provide reasons for increase/decrease and suggest improvements
- Project Management: Propose the list for project (promotion, special zone, new store...), evaluate SKUs, propose the listing/delisting to ensure the KPI of the category and customize to satisfy customers need
- Market Research: Gather information from various sources (Neilsen, Kanta, Lottemart...), analyzing data, interpreting patterns, and trends with the purpose of generating insights about the market
- Develop Private Brand Product (OEM - Choice L): Determine the product line to develop New Private Brand Product suitable with market trend, attract customer
