Work in F&B Service dept. about 4 months, Job desc:
- Restaurant Waitress/Server
- Greeter
- Barista & Bartender (learn and make some coffee & learn about cocktail, mocktail and some alcohol)
- Cashier
- Banquet team (sometimes i also help my team to incharge at some events)
And in the next 3 months i'm transfered to FO dept. as a Guest Service Centre, Job desc:
- Make a daily report (call sheet)
- Pick up Telephone (in house/out guest)
- Do Morning call (if there's request)
- Make a monthly report
- Check guest report (about their feeling and their comments when they stay in our hotel)
- Help FDA make key card
- Do the report about VIP guest
