After graduated from IMM (NCKU), joining NDL and learning how to do bio-chip induce interested in semiconductor process. Learning by doing in PIE position that increase knowledge in process/ equipment operation, enhance communication skills in Chinese/ English with boss/ co-worker and customer, and improve capability in analysis to solve internal issue.
