Created opening, closing, and weekly cleaning checklists, prep recipes (fat washes, syrups, etc.), occasion-specific cocktail menus, and par sheets with expiration dates. Provided fine dining hospitality while bartending for the entire restaurant, and managing other bartenders. Created bottle layouts for two different bars. Re-cost beer, liquor, and cocktails based on spreadsheets I made, and the ever changing cost of spirits.
