1. Create seasonal marketing creative and business plans/strategies aligned with the brand direction.
2. Manage consistent execution of brand standards across all brand aspect.
3. Develop monthly marketing calendar with detailed rollout plan.
4. Create and manage marketing plans, schedule and timelines across media, PR and social. Plan for media placement PR programs, KOL seeding and events.
5. Track progress and proactively identify and prioritize projects that are at risk of missing deadlines.
6. Planning and execution of OTW promotional and marketing events.
7. Analyze and review campaign results and report on marketing matrix.
8. Plan and execute on CRM program with sales team.
9. Working closely with external partners/contractor on VM tasks for seasonal/monthly display and store openings/renovations
