(Hons) in Software Engineering Top-up, at London Met-UK). I have “4 years” experience in software system and web development as an Application Support Engineer, system marketing Executive, and System developer in various IT solutions Companies in Sri Lanka.

Application Support Engineer
I worked in this company role as an Application Support Engineer This is a service Based software Company located in Sri Lanka. they are providing software services to their customers. 20K+ customers have been using their application on computers in the UK. It is a UK based SriLankan IT company. here my responsibilities are :
Software Maintains and collaborates with development teams.
Software Installations and coordinating hardware engineers on phone calls.

This is a software development company in Srilanka they are developing software for a customer requirements. here was my role :
Software UI design and creating databases
Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems
Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes
Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs
