As an RPA Support, I have the following responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain RPA use cases using UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring that the workflows run smoothly and accurately. • Collaborate with the finance team to identify use cases that require RPA automation and develop solutions that are tailored to their needs. • Combine RPA with various technologies such as VBA Script, OCR text, PDF, and connect to SQL Server databases to enhance workflow efficiency. • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions. • Improve existing use cases by identifying and addressing any issues or change requests that arise.

• Learn business process automation using UiPath and other supporting tools. • Understand business process documents to expedite RPA development. • Explore and identify the best automation workflow for efficiency and accuracy. • Implement business processes with various data and document types, including Excel and PDF. • Scrape data from websites and documents/images. • Combine various technologies that support automation processes, such as Excel macros, OCR text, SQL Server, API, and others. • Collaborate with the team to deliver RPA solutions that meet client needs. • Participate in training and development programs to improve RPA development skills. • Maintain RPA systems by troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
