A firm believer in health education, Patricia Grabinski, DC, supports her community through sponsorship of events such as children's nutrition and health camps. Dr. Grabinski strongly advocates for prevention and healthy living from a young age. These convictions led her to create a non-profit organization, Youth In Motion, which teaches children and adolescents how to take a leading role in their own health through fun activities and educational services. Youth In Motion supports families in working together to achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle. In addition to encouraging wellness and physical fitness, the program also promotes good social development. Along with her commitment to youth health issues, Dr. Patricia Grabinski advocates on other current health affairs, such as conservation of pure water resources.

Dr. Grabinski has operated her own chiropractic clinic in Indianapolis, Eastside Chiropractic Center, for more than 17 years. In her practice, Dr. Patricia Grabinski offers her patients a holistic perspective on care, including guidance in healthy living. She employs a small professional staff in order to assist her in her goals of providing personal service and individually designed wellness programs. In addition to standard chiropractic attention, Dr. Grabinski implements full diagnostic testing, ergonomic assessments, nutritional surveys, and other tools for wellness advancement. Regular services at Eastside Chiropractic Center include myofascial release, electro-muscle stimulation, trigger point massage, carpal tunnel therapy, spinal manipulation, and non-surgical treatment of scoliosis, herniated discs, sciatica, and unsuccessful back surgery.

Although Dr. Patricia Grabinski focuses on serving each person individually, she also supplies health programs for businesses and corporations. These encompass a range of areas, from ergonomic
assessments to educational programs on diet, nutrition, and other health and wellness subjects, as well as supplemental videos for employee use.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Patricia Grabinski, DC, received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa prior to relocating to Indianapolis. Her professional associations include membership in the Indiana State Chiropractic Association.
