- Own Brands: Managed product development for two product lines, fashionable women's clothing and fragrances. This included market analysis, defining brand development strategies, overseeing product development and manufacturing, forecasting sales revenue and gross profit, planning online channel activities (including the official website and external e-commerce platforms), formulating brand marketing strategies and budgets, executing marketing campaigns, and negotiating collaborations.
