歐洲著名商用咖啡機品牌Victoria Arduino的產學合作前導團隊，過程中學習分析咖啡產業在美與在歐洲的差異。其中包含各大連鎖及小眾經營咖啡廳之市場調查，國人飲用咖啡的文化，供應鏈，相關法規等。透過比較，了解歐洲品牌進駐美國市場的難處。身為前導團隊，我負責的部分主要是提供客戶美國之市場分析以利對方規劃可因應之發展計畫。
