● Experience with working with all levels of guests from owners, high profile government delegations, VIP Clients, public figures, and corporate business guests ● High Pressured guest demands via emails and phone (efficient email reply) ● Strong knowledge of the all kinds of luxury lifestyle around the world (restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theaters, shows and attractions in various major tourist destination cities) ● Perform and manage information research and daily database maintenance
