Site visit for Fabric Filter inspection and process data collection and recommend suitable solutions.

1. Responsible for After Market Business - Retrofit and Upgrade of Air Pollution Control Equipment like Fabric Filter, ESP, ESP conversion to Fabric Filter, AFT Filter bags and Cages with Optisize Solution, COROMAX Upgrade and ESP Controller Upgrades in Sub-Continent India Region 2. Site visit for ESP and Fabric Inspection and data collection and Process Optimal solutions for reduce emission and Power Consumption 3. Discuss and finalize the Retrofit/ Upgrade solution and equipment sizing with Process and Engineering department. 4. Maintain CRM and Power BI tools to map, track and forecast opportunities. 5.Created effective strategies to target new markets after researching and analyzing competitor behavior. 6. Handle all customer relations issues pleasantly, enabling quick resolution and client satisfaction. 7. Review and techno-commercial offer and cost estimates with Proposal and Supply chain Department. 8. Commercial Negotiation with client to finalize the contract with commercial terms, warranty and guarantees and Bank guarantees. 9. Collaborated with internal teams and suppliers to evaluate costs against expected market price points and set structures to achieve profit targets.

1. Prepares process flow sheets, P&ID and block diagrams showing material flow rates, temperatures, fans, pressures, size of equipment. 2. Fabric Filter Sizing and preparing Proposal Drawing with filter bags fabric selection based of Process parameter and application. 3. Customer visit and Sales Support for Technical meeting to explain the proposed solutions and data collection from site. 4. Prepare detail technical description on the proposed solution with detail technical specification. 5. Collaborate with internal teams engineering, Proposal and CFD team to evaluate the sizing and layout. 6. Participate in Haphazard Meetings, FAT, Commissioning & Performance Guarantee Testing at site. 7. Troubleshooting high pressure drop and premature bag wear and blinding failure and gas distribution issues at site. 8. Prepare Basis Procurement specification for material handling equipment's (RAV/ Screw Conveyor/ Drag Chain Conveyor/ Air Slide/ Bucket elevators), ID fan, PLC, HT Motos, VFD, dampers and instruments.

1. Equipment Sizing of Bag Filter - Process Filter, Nuisance Dust Collector & ESP 2. Preparing Techno-commercial offer and cost estimations 3. Evaluation / Reviewing of Tender specifications and preparation of Pre-bid queries, Technical deviations 4. Manage Thermax Channel Partner and finalize the order with customer. 5. Enquiry/Tender Evaluation, query resolution with client/consultant & submission of Techno-Commercial proposal. 4. Calculate vent volume for Material handling equipment, Cast House, Stock House, SMS fume extraction system as per ACGIH norms. 5. Feild Performance measurement and testing of ID fans.

1. Testing Centrifugal and Axial Flow fans - Routine Test and Performance Test as per IS, BS 848 and AMCA 210 standard. 2. Vibration Measurement and Analsis of fan bearing 3. Feild Performance testing for fans at site to prove the fan efficiency 4. In Situ Dynamic Balancing for Fan Impellet at site 5. Fan Noise Level mesaurement 6. Prepare Performance test report and performance curved for fans after test and flow measurements
