• Served as head of engineering to lead the development of omni-channel strategy in Thailand and Italy stores.
• Established engineering organisation and IT Policy.

• Rolled out the first omni channel e-commerce solution for the largest retail in Bangkok, including Central Departmental Store, TOPS supermarket on both web and mobile.
• Implemented marketplace with seller center, real-time stock for express store pickup, multi sourcing inventory for store level inventory, integration with THE-1 member card, the largest loyalty membership in Thailand.
• Articulated large project solution design, including performance, resilience, security and operation.
• Managed multiple teams for more than 150 employees and 50 external resources—developing mobile app, web frontend, digital commerce backend, catalog service, inventory, integration platform, finance management, warehouse management, data engineering, test automation, infrastructure, site reliability engineering and CRM—across offices in Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh and Budapest.
