•	Making process (Guidelines) of all the departments and their daily, weekly & monthly reports. Sitting with each of them learning the process and making guideline process on word which helps one to carryout job easily.

•	Was working closely with the director of the company working behalf of him taking approvals when ever required, working on his emails, organizing meetings, getting updates from all the departments and monitoring them on pending and assigned task. Checking the reports are meeting SLA’s and finally reporting the updates and files to the director.
•	Was trained under all the departments and was suppose to take care of all the department activities and also to work under any department employee going on vacation or leave.

•	Falling up clients and issuing work orders.
•	Raising invoices and presenting for payment approval also managing cheques deposits on the in details recorded in books.
•	Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping and direct their work activities.

•	Preparing Bank Reconciliation & other Bank related Reports, also maintaining income and expenditure, P & L, Ledger Accounts.

•	  Responsible for validation which is cleaning of time-series on daily basis and subsequent investigation of spikes and staleness of the data. Threshold breaches of the curves are verified by taking traders confirmation.
•	Preparing vol comp reports for smooth VAR generation by applying mean median formulas.
•	Direct coordination with market risk managers and trading desks to validate historical market
•	data time series and compilation of material risk moves in daily VAR (value at Risk) and sensitivities for bank wide trading activities.
•	Comparison analysis or Secondary source comparison which is a method of performing quality Check by which the same time-series is sourced from different sources (like Bloomberg, XDB, MarkIT etc.)
•	Train & assist new members/ existing team members and support the team during escalations/issues raised by clients.
•	Sourcing of new time series data on request by the Market Risk Managers by creating time series data structure, naming conventions of the time series in our system.
•	Confirming from internal and external source providers (Bloomberg/Mark IT/XDB/RVR) on the Time series spikes, Staleness, Drop and same values.
•	Monitoring Bonds maturity, dismissing matured bonds.
