💪🏼 Happy International Women’s Day from me to all my networks!

I feel truly blessed to be in a working environment where I don't feel discriminated against by my gender, and to get to learn from & be mentored by colleagues who are girl bosses! However, I do think it's crucial to be aware of the challenges that other women face every day at work, and I think it's important that all of us, despite our gender, keep fighting for gender equality in the workplace.

Did you know that apparently, it’s going to take at least 300 years to achieve full gender equality at the current pace? That means that for most, gender equality will only become reality when your great-great-great-granddaughters enter the workforce.

As we are all about #EmbracingEquity during this year's IWD, let’s all take some time to reflect and think about what all of us can do to help speed up this process.

✨ Be open to sharing information, helping your colleagues grow, learn and know when they are being treated unjustly

✨ Strive to be a leader that cultivates others

✨ Implement policies in the workplace that can help prevent gender discrimination
