Roles & Responsibilities
• Primary responsibility is to Co-ordinate with the clients/stakeholders for the smooth functioning of the process and ensure timely deliverables with 100% quality
• Verify and validate requests, escalating cases where necessary
• Taking weekly calls with clients and discussing/summarizing weekly activities done, upcoming activities, projects
• Preparing weekly reports, decks
• Providing Root Cause Analysis, handling client escalations
• Planning, managing, and handling the new product launches
• Co-coordinating with various supports functions to ensure seamless process operations
• Co-ordinating with the translation agencies to deliver the jobs within the SLA
• Designing, maintaining, and managing client websites on a daily basis
•Using proprietary CMS (content management system) tool, build & publish content on websites on a week/monthly/quarterly basis, according to schedule
• Working on SEO on-page and off-page activities
• Managing the assets (images, PDFs, videos, etc.) through Digital Asset Management (DAM), Deploying tags to webpages/sites
• Providing guidance and assistance to junior co-workers and answering questions, resolving problems
• Testing the Quality, Branding/Legal, spelling errors, punctuations, broken links, etc. of the content on the web pages using Acrolinx/CrownPeak/Siteimprove tool
• Working on Mega Menu updates
• Making sure that work assigned is completed on time with 100% quality
• Conduct regular meetings and refresher training with the team, so that team should be cross-functionally trained for business continuity situations or in case of attrition within the vertical
