Application Lifecycle Services in AZ is seeking a confident and self-driven Business Analyst who can lead the engagement and discussions with internal customers about how to use Chatbot technologies to support their business goals, to design chatbot dialog designs that a chatbot engineering team can implement. Strategic: The Business Analyst operates with a high level of interactive communication, demonstrating high levels of inclusion and cultural sensitivity. The role will partner with the Business Partner, Chatbot Capability Lead, and Chatbot Project Managers, taking responsibility to deliver high quality business cases, chatbot dialog designs and ensure that proposed solutions meet the customers needs.
