Engage with clients to understand their renovation needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to identify renovation requirements, potential challenges, and safety considerations. Prepare accurate cost estimates encompassing materials, labor, and additional expenses. Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the renovation process. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to stakeholders. Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

Working with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective running of programme and modules and the achievement of Department and University deadlines.
