- Assisted the company to create website and content layout. 
- Established customer and manufacturer quotation, shipping and other forms,
- Add Electric heater、Passive element、Semiconductor and IC about 112 customers  . 

․2015-17: 
-  Assist and solve the problems of existing customers' production lines. Make the material utilization from 68% to 85%
-  Establish a stable supply chain with customers, and promoted orders of one million NTD per mounth. 
-  Made a sucessful of development case for German and American suppliers. Gron Technology becomes Taiwan's agent on special materials.

- Granting several new suppliers from Japan, Singapore, and China about 78  suppliers . 
- Develop the usability of new materials, like Aerospace 、Medical and Automated Vehicle industries
- The annual overall purchase volume of raw material is increased over 10 tons .
