Providing engagement activities for Shopee Employees starting from 100+ until 7000+ employees participations across 7 Offices (Jakarta, Jogjakarta, Solo) Responsibilities: - Lead in Technicals especially OBS for streaming online or even offline purpose. Delivering visual / videos to cater wider area of participants and also hybrid. - Coordinating with many stakeholders on event preparations ( Procurement, Office Management, IT,etc) - Supporting technical Townhall preparations for Shopee Departments - Working together on creating engagement events such as Talk Show, Live Games and many more

• 3 years of achievements: o In Charge as Livestream Operation for Online Events using OBS o Conducted Employee Party Event for ACE and Chatime o Donated +5000 cups through 5 Cities in Indonesia through Chatime CSR Program. o Lead in many kinds of offline and online activities with 50 - 100 participants. • Explore partnership activations with communities. • Brainstorm concept activity, coordination until execution of events from A to Z.
