A graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a juris doctor with honors, accomplished attorney Rick Jaklitsch owns and operates The Jaklitsch Law Group in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. He first established the firm 20 years ago, and since then has gone on to a distinguished career as a personal injury trial attorney, garnering numerous accolades in the process. Named a Super Lawyer in both Maryland and Washington, D.C., since the inception of that ranking system, Rick Jaklitsch has been a perennial member of the Who’s Who In American Law list for more than two decades. 

Outside of his professional work, Rick Jaklitsch has been a committed supporter of his alma mater through several avenues. He has served as president of both Terrapin Club and the Maryland Gridiron Network, and he also was a co-host of a sports talk radio program entitled “Terp Talk” that aired on the local CBS radio affiliate.
