- Assessing all Business impacting reports/details/information to analyse, represent, plan and recommend changes/up-gradation required for sustainability & thriving in Business.

- Strategic Planning for top and bottom line of business, holiday/season/all calendar days sales for offering exclusive deals, discounts, and offers, and sending the season and time-specific products and categories well in advance.
- Latest Trends, competitor and market analysis.
- Monitor RMA(return merchandise authorization) for reductions in losses and speedy recoveries.
