Conducting Regular follow ups with customer to understand the market future perspective to analyse industry wise demand and plan accordingly to avoid any excess production/control FGS level. Conducting regular discussion with the sales coordinators team to ensure the : *Proper forecast and firm orders entry with system to ensure the smoothly and timely deliveries. *Ensure the dispatches to OEM customer location to feed the line in On Time In Full method. *Coordinate with PPC to ensure the parts availability against the increased/urgent demand. *ensure the timely deliveries of Sample orders. *Coordination with Logistics team to ensure vehicle arrangements.

Get the FIRM & tentative schedule from customers to update with system and share with production to plan accordingly. Share the order confirmation to customer against their Firm demand Check the next week schedule and coordinate with PPC to arrange the parts as per system confirmation. Prepare the shipping documents customer location wise. Plan the vehicle route to ensure the delivery as per customer demand and share the dispatched details with customers.
