2. Analyzed a customers licensing problem for IP authorizations and developed measures for precaution, assisting customers to discover root causes and to minimize the repeated problems, through service provision and customer feedback, gaining customer loyalty while increasing revenue by 10%.
3. Analyzed a software potential deployment rate sales volume based on industry segmentation, market size, operation and office scale, employee numbers, and the organization, and promoted services to increase revenue, assisting customers to identify the variances between actual and potential usage by more than 10%.
4. Identified and assisted to settle the agreement for delay of royalty due from CRC implementations between 2 fortune 500 companies, saving more than 12 times of the project service fee for the client.
5. Developed a new system from the beginning of financial activities to the end by mapping operation journey, assisting a clients passing rate from 25% to 100%, audited by Asia/Pacific Group on Money Laundering APG .
6. Welfare committee : Co-organized 3+ networking events and a year-end party involving 400+ participants with senior partners, and controlled the budget and assisted to plan departmental welfare activities.
