- Analyze Training need request:
+ Receive the training requests from other stakeholders based on Training Center’s form;
+ Analyze the training requests required to meet the firm’s operation and trainees’ competence;
- Create Training Plan:
+ Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for an annual training plan
+ Update training plan after receiving training request monthly
+ Classify training methods (mandatory training, mandatory training in laws, functional training skills) and trainee objects
+ Contact outsourced training vendors and support the procedure for the contracts with outsourced partners;
+ Support Head of Training in researching training curriculums and formatting training procedures;
- Deliver the courses:
+ Prepare classes’ materials and facilities;
+ Take care of logistics of trainees and instructors: accommodation and transportation;
+ Fill in the course documents;
+ Control certificates and training expiration of trainees and instructors;
+ Coordinate with Quality Assurance Dept to evaluate post-training quality;
- Administrate Learning Management System (LMS):
+ Manage and deliver courses on LMS;
+ Design and upload online courses into LMS as well as train other instructors using Storyline Articulate;
+ Digitalize training forms;
+ Update the system's functions and Produce guidelines to use LMS accordingly.
