Lead & support programs that drive the $33+billion Personal Systems (PS) business, its WW organization, and its employees:
• Supporting the Office of the PS President: Manage various aspects of key business & staff operations to deliver operational excellence: meeting management (QBRs, planning meetings, portfolio reviews, customer/partner visits), agenda creation, action tracking.
• Support Chief of Staff through virtual leadership to + through direct and extended team members
• Lead/own employee engagement for 250+ local employees: lead a team of 15 cross-functional volunteers to manage events and activities, ensuring alignment with overall employee engagement strategy, which has led to increase in engagement scores YoY. Act as key Employee Engagement lead for worldwide PS organization (2500+), providing guidance on strategy, budget, communications, and best practices.
• Successfully led a company-wide, large scale Tier-1 external event through planning, development, & execution, resulting in one of the highest employee feedback ratings for similar events (Grace Hopper Conference 2017).
• Business lead for Global Real Estate activities: Manage local site plan, coordinate moves/relocations, liaise with global teams to facilitate site needs to improve workplace/space experience.
