- Monitoring and recording vital signs, especially the o2 saturation of COVID+ patients, and blood pressure of hypertensive/hypotensive.
- Administering, education, and instructing patients on due medications as ordered by the physician/s.
- Triaging patients according to the severity of their conditions.
- Performing wound dressings to patients who have been in MVAs.
- Assisting as a sterile, scrub, or circulating nurse in minor and major operating room procedures, as well as in the delivery room.
- Providing newborn care according to hospital standards.
- Asceptically performing IVF replacement and regulation, and IV cannula insertion.
- Instructing and assisting the patients in the use of CTG.
- Fixing patients' diet plans by making sure the doctors' orders are followed.
- Establishment of rapport and comfort with patients.
- Making lab requests and collecting lab samples from patients, and submitting these for review.
- Rendering education regarding newborn care, post-op care, and discharge plans to patients.
- Proper and timely organization of patient's charts, admission, and discharge plans.
- Making sure of the availability of oxygen tanks for patients experiencing DOB, and whose SPO2 are decreasing.
