I grew up in the family of TATAs (4 Generations working for TATAs) . 
 I have been brought up with machines from a very tender age. My 
 Grandfather and Dad used to do all kind of home appliances repair 
 at home. In my childhood days I used to spend vacations sometimes 
 doing door to door selling of Ice Candy Sticks with one of my Uncle 
 and sometimes working at a Restaurant owned by another Uncle. 
  
 In a nutshell, TATA Culture imbibed the importance of creating 
 sustainable value, and the principle of Leadership with Trust. 
 Problem solving and Frugal Innovation was a necessity and always 
 part of my day to day life at home. Vacations were a ground to test 
 operations and execution.

 Execution, is what life had made me do so far. That is what my life is

 As an IoT/ML System Integrator we were bombarded with the same question from decision makers at every organization. 
 
 What is the ROI. - 
 That made us deep dive and find out the root cause to find out why companies are not investing in IoT based solutions. That is when we realized they are looking for products/solutions which would yield them returns or optimize their processes which would result in cost saving or improve the quality of the product or the time to market of their product or solution offering. 
 
 We then realized and saw a much huge opportunity than just being a system integrator and solutions provider. 
 
 
 That is how this approach which was earlier a rudimentary process was crafted into an assessment framework that is an iterative process to narrow down the problem to such an extent that the answer becomes evident, backed by quantitative and qualitative data analysis, combined with rapid prototyping techniques and quick feasibility assessment to fail much faster and more over discover other potential problems and bottlenecks in this process of exploratory analysis. 
 
 My role was to design the Innovation Assessment Framework and then pitch it to the potential prospects, iterate the framework as per the feedback if the need be, and continue this. 
 
 This was the first pivot to move from a solutions provider to Innovation 
 Consulting firm. 
 
 I was involved in the creative design of our first marketing video, in addition to this other responsibilities involved corporate and hiring strategy, sales and business development, finances and cash flow management. 
 
 Since this was in the initial phase and a new initiative we did not have any active paying clients although potential prospects were optimistic .

 After leaving my full time job, I decided to follow my passion and to embark on a journey of value creation . I had this deep dive passion for creativity, innovation and out of the box thinking for solving toughest problems using technology. Creating employment and sustainable value creation for all stake holders was also one of the core priorities. 
 
 
 With this vision mind I started Noveracion Global In the first month here is what I was occupied with. 
 - Formulating the vision of the company, creating a foundation and base for the 
 Enterprise of the Future. 
 - Administrative responsibilities like coordinating with CA and CS for registering a Private Limited Company, GST Number and ensuring all the compliance and due diligence are in place. 
 - Development of all marketing collateral for the company like logo, company website, hosting etc. We hired a freelancer for logo design, rest everything was in house so this took our lot of time, but this create a strong foundation for future. 
 - Sales and Business Development, Relationship building, online and offline marketing of the services being offered by the company. 
 - Hiring and Team building initiatives, mentoring the team members on the first few projects. 
 - Couple of projects that I mentored the team were on the below topics : 
 
 1. Alexa to be used as Virtual Assistant in Luxury Hotels 
 
 2. Scanning of encrypted folders to detect malicious threat 
 
 These projects were not commercially viable but there was a significant learning that we got from these projects.

 Project : Ingestion of File Feeds from a 3rd Party Data Vendor into The Bank's 
 Big Data Platform and Analytics Engine. Data Visualization, Advanced 
 Analytics using Machine Learning on the Ingested Data. 
 
 
 The main aim of this project was automated ingestion of data of the volume few GB from a third party vendor on a daily basis and to derive meaningful insights from the data by converting the data into visualizations and leveraging machine learning to perform advanced analytics. This also involved developing a Dashboard based application that could be potentially used by different stakeholders. 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities : 
 
 I was responsible for working with on-boarding and infrastructure team to create the overall architecture design, development and testing of the workflow for data ingestion. 
 
 This involved choosing the appropriate ingestion channel and mechanism. 
 The choice of optimum authentication mechanism that adheres to Risk and 
 Resiliency standards of The Bank. 
 
 Designing data payload, schema and structure, creating DB objects, testing data ingestion, debugging ingestion issues. 
 
 Design standardization of payload and schema so that data from a single vendor can be ingested into Elastic Search and Vertica DB without any 
 changes. 
 
 Creating prototypes and data visualization using R. Creating dashboards in 
 Tableau and Migrating dashboards to Tableau Server. 
 
 Implemented a use case of anomaly detection using Kibana and Elastic 
 Search.

 Me and my friend came up with this idea in his dorm room when plastic was officially banned in State of Maharashtra, India in the month of May 2018. We tied up with manufacturers who were certified by Central Pollution Control 
 Board to manufacture 100% Compostable and Biodegradable bags made up 
 of Corn and Potato Starch. 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities : 
 
 . Define the vision and road-map, business model for the company to build an organization that is profitable and sustainable in a highly competitive, unorganized and a stringent regulated market. We were able to build strategic alleys and gain first movers advantage due to our execution ability 
 . Design and development of the company website and SEO : The website was ranked on very high page ranks on web and the listing was on top searches on marketplaces like Indiamart.com non paid organic rankings 
 . Configuration of CRM Like Bitrix24 : This improved operational efficiency, collaboration between teams and better tracking of customer requirements 
 . Branding and positioning of the product 
 . Developing alliances with manufacturers, channel partners, distributors : We were able to build channel partners in 16 districts that had an outreach in 220 villages and towns in Maharashtra We did sale of 1.5 Metric Ton in less than a month. 
 . Creating a supply chain and distribution framework to ensure minimum 
 holding of inventory and reducing the turnaround time of consignment 
 . Handling customer grievances and complaints and taking corrective actions 
 
 On one fine day, environment minister came on air and allowed plastics above 
 51 microns, introducing a loop hole. Our sale bottomed down to zero since the product was 4x costly as compared to plastic. HaritKSham brand Registered

 This project was built on top of company's strategic technology platform, it was intended to be one stop destination to highlight the past and present event and 
 SLA level data. Target audience for this project were support team and senior management who would take preventive measures by analyzing the pattern or behavior of particular failure. 
 This project was in top 10 teams which were selected for iNautix Hackathon. 
 I was the one chosen to give the demo and presentation to the senior 
 management and business leaders. 
 Roles and Responsibilities : 
 Involved in designing the application architecture and workflow, the role was more as a full stack developer working in an agile driven environment.

 Project : Expense Automation Application. 
 
 This project was intended to Automate the process of invoice management, review, allocation, distribution and payment which was a spreadsheet based process otherwise, intended to save around 2 million dollars per year. 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities : 
 
 1. Lead a 4 member team that was responsible for provisioning and managing the cloud infrastructure/instance for the application. This involved deployment of the application to the cloud server. 
 
 
 2. This also involved ensuring availability availability of environments for business testing and system integration as part of every new release. 
 
 3. This role was more like a DevOps Lead and I was responsible to ensure that the build is stable and deployed on cloud platform so that there is perfect synchronization between development, operations and business all of which were geographically distributed and in 3 different time zones. 
 
 4. As an SME of the cloud platform I was involved in capacity planning, architecture design and to ensure that resiliency and application standby conditions in case of instance failure are met for QA and PROD Instances. 
 
 5. I was responsible to ensure that all technical requirements for the 
 infrastructure are met and to ensure the paper work and due diligence with approvals is in place, to eventually met the stringent production release deadlines. 
 
 6. The team was able to automate the deployment workflow using pipeline based architecture that we created. At the click of a button the application eventually was deployed to cloud platform which was a manual and tedious process earlier.

 Project : Portfolio Viewer 
 
 I was working with a team of senior developers and business unit leads for developing a proof of concept for a futuristic product that was intended to be used by Fund Accountants, Fund Managers, Global Operations Executives 
 and Analysts. 
 
 
 This was leveraging some of the internal REST APIs that were built on top of the already existing platform. We were the pilot consumers of the APIs being developed. This project was winner of iNautix Triathlon in November 2015. 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities : 
 
 1. Front end development on Angular Js, HTML, CSS and Bootstrap. 
 
 2. Deploying the project to the proprietary cloud environment of The Bank.

 Project : Eagle Fund Accounting, Security Reference and Pricing 
 
 I got placed at BNY Mellon Technology Formerly known as iNautix 
 Technologies India Pvt Ltd through VIT campus placement and joined the firm as a Trainee Developer After completing the on board training I was placed in the Asset Servicing Technology Division where I was assigned to develop solutions and provide support, around Eagle Fund Accounting Platform. 
 
 I was majorly working on Security Reference and Pricing modules of the Eagle 
 Fund Accounting Tool. I was responsible to develop solutions leveraging 
 Eagle Components to process the incoming and outgoing Price Feeds from 
 and to The Bank for all the Fund Accounting Clients. 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities : 
 
 My job was to catch bugs, incidents and issues and re-mediate it at the right time before it could potentially snowball into something that would result into financial/representational impact to The Institution. 
 
 1. Support Analyst and Developer, responsible for BAU work which involved analyzing and researching priority production issues escalated by the business operations team to the technology team and providing fixes within a short time frame. 
 
 
 2. Technologies involved - Eagle Pricing Center, Eagle STAR, Eagle 
 Pace, Oracle, PL/SQL and Unix Shell scripting, ETL Interfaces and tools like 
 IBM Websphere, Change Management tools like BMC Remedy

Application Support, Upgrade and Maintenance

Pune Area, India 
 Met masts are crucial in the development of wind farms, as precise knowledge of the wind-speed is necessary to know how much energy will be produced, and whether the turbines will survive on the site. Communication between the mast and the wind energy turbine is of utmost important as the device which collects and compares the data from wind energy turbine and the mast resides at the mast. 
 
 This communication is done using conventional cables, but the energy industry is facing several issues with theft of cables and their wear and tear and damages by rodents. 
 
 The aim of the Project was to build a wireless communication system between the wind energy turbine and the mast. This project was to be done in two tranches which is communication between stationary components and 
 communication between rotating components. 
 
 I was part of a 5 member team that was selected to work on this project. 
 
 Some of the key learning outcomes of working on this project : 
 
 1. Enhance and Improve Understanding of Electronic Product Design 
 and Industrial Communication Standards, things like EMC Compatibility, 
 Component Casing etc. 
 
 2. PCB Designing covering concepts like Routing Topology Configurations, 
 Layer Stack up 
 assignment, Grounding Methodologies, Aspect Ratio, Image Planes, 
 Functional Partitioning, 
 Critical frequencies, Bypassing and decoupling. Design techniques for ESD 
 Protection, Guard 
 
 Band implementation etc. 
 
 3. Budgeting, costing, project planning and project management. Learned what all potential factors could jeopardize the success of any project and measures that can be taken to prevent that. 
 
 This project was just a stand alone proof of concept.
