In my position, I am handling the laboratory under the supervision of the Japanese COO. My role in this company is mentioned below; • Successfully finished "Sustainable Development Goal" on Health project under the JiCA Bangladesh in 2022 as a Supervisor. • Biochemical sample collection in center & also form patients house, billing & report delivery according to customers requirement. • Handle operations of Preventive Health Care Center & Tele doctor consultation as a Supervisor. • Familiar with using laboratory IT system & software. • Experience on rural site visit, customer voice data collection & analysis in Narail area. • Skilled in sample collecting for COVID-19 according to WHO guidelines from nasopharyngeal & oropharyngeal areas. • Make the budget for operation according to the customer flow. • Keep the documents by using the file folder for hard copy data, soft copy in the spreadsheet, Google documents & PowerPoint. • Preparation of PCR sample for test while maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). • Check the inventory for laboratory operations & prepare the logistics. • Take initiative for any error & For smooth operation follow the SOP. • Enter the patient’s demographic information and requested tests into the computer to produce money receipts and laboratory investigation forms. • Take part in development and report to COO.

• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. • Use established lab protocol to perform laboratory tests and correctly log the results of those tests. • Inform clients of recollection protocols if a specimen is rejected. Identify, diagnose and repair issues that may arise with the laboratory equipment. • Properly and safely disposes of hazardous and infectious waste and materials with maintain Bio-security & Bio-safety. • Arrange proper distribution of specimens for testing in different sections of the laboratory. • Enter patient data accurately in to Laboratory Information Management System.

• Collecting blood samples and labeling the vials with the patients' names and the dates. • Conducts chemical analysis on various body fluids such as urine, blood, saliva. • Ensures that laboratory equipment is clean, functional, and calibrated. • Prepares blood and plasma for transfusions by performing compatibility tests. • Verify all test results and ensure that they are correctly matched with the specimen. • Record tests performed and blood samples taken into database. • Transport samples in a timely manner and in accordance with outlined policies and procedure. • Explain tests to patients and answer any questions they might have.
