Antal is a global talent solutions company having its headquarters in London. It is a 26 year old company with more more than 100 office spread across 35 countries.
I work here as a Specialist Recruiter where I hire top-quartile performers in the SaaS, E-Commerce and Fin-Tech Space. On a daily basis, my day is categorized into various roles and responsibilities. Some of them include:
1. Handling mid to senior level positions across verticals.
2. Managing end-to-end recruitment/talent acquisition across
functions including CXO level for Pan India
3. Specializing in hiring top-quartile performers in the IT and
ITES Industry- predominantly in the SaaS, E-Commerce and
Fin-Tech Space.
4. Exposure to recruitment of all levels of hierarchy through
head hunting, Mapping, Navigating job portals &
referencing.
5. Responsible for standardizing Headhunting strategies for
Niche and leadership Profiles.
6. Using various sourcing channels like job portals, LinkedIn,
social media, screening and shortlisting resumes ,assessing
candidate fitment into role and organisation.
7. Candidate management: Regular follow ups with the
candidate's w.r.t. coordinating interviews, salary Negotiation,
offer acceptance, joining date, background/reference check,
post offer candidate management
8. Client Management: Interacting with the hiring managers to
understand their manpower requirements, Relationship
building with existing clients, reviving old dormant clients,
getting new clients on board
