2. Secured critical supplier overall required supply capabilities, resulting in 80% on-time shipping on managing orders and delivery.
3. Establishing customer concentric-group (CFT) and being the lead to drive the team cooperating with customer seamlessly. Reducing cross-functional team communication time significantly.
4. Serve as owner, manager for product cost management (BOM, Margin, Transformation, and COGS), business continuity, assurance of supply, and operation strategies from conception through entire product lifecycle, with overall accountability for process strategy, execution, and continual improvement.
5. Perform business analysis and conduct business review to management team.
6. Familiar with ODM/JDM business engagement model.
