Leading a multidisciplinary (web, mobile, backend, and QA) team of engineers, delivering product-set and features related to Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) and Fraud Detection/Prevention. Working closely with the business to align our team with business goals and objectives while continuously improving upon the currently available feature set related to Identity Management and Fraud. Constantly collaborating with new products to understand and cater to their access patterns while ensuring no disruption to the existing consumers. Ensuring SLAs and cost-effectiveness of both existing services and new initiatives. Mentor and coach the engineers in the team to excel in their technical delivery, ensuring a high-functioning team.

Led a team of Engineers to deliver the following projects for one of the leading banks in South-East Asia: PromptPay Funds Transfer (PPFT): Project to allow for interbank funds transfers, through various channels, by recipients’ proxy ID (mobile number or government-issued ID number). PromptPay Bill Payment (PPBP): Leveraging on the existing PPFT infrastructure, developed the C2B, C2C, and B2B bill payment (using the biller's proxy ID) capability. PromptPay Funds Transfer (PPFT eWallet): Leveraging on the existing PPFT infrastructure, developed the capability of transferring funds directly to the recipient’s eWallet, instead of their bank account. PromptPay ISO20022: Project for retail merchant transactions using QR code, where merchant scans customer’s QR code (pull payment), using ISO20022 message protocol via ITMX’s new ISO20022 switch.

Working as a Senior Software Developer, I was tasked with working on NCR’s projects. Responsibilities were to work on researching, designing, developing, and implementing solutions for various financial institutions in SEA region (NCR’s clients), on one of NCR’s leading transaction processing (OLTP) platform.

Led the development of a comprehensive application to cater to all the professional travels required by the employees, throughout the organization, which takes care of multiple facets of professional travels, like accommodation, tickets, insurance, extensions, and settlement. Led the development of a SOX-404 compliant application for the project on-boarding/off-boarding process in the company; The on-boarding/off-boarding process was done manually and handled by individual verticals; The entire system was automated as part of the project. Maintenance and enhancements to a wide array of Attra Enterprise Apps including new module development, modifications/enhancements to the already existing modules, UI/UX enhancements, and design enhancements. Integrated Enterprise Apps with Office365 for authentication and single sign-on to multiple applications.
