Phase I : Two-Tier, Parallel and Perpendicular Layout Design
- Designed the 3D models and animations for new design concept of
automated container port operations.
- Developed interactive 3D visualization application to demonstrate
design concepts.
- Provided the path networks for AGVs automated guided vehicles to
carry container boxes in simulation run AutoMod .
- Implemented the junction control system in simulation to control the
heavy traffic and prevent deadlocks inside the terminal.
- Involved in preparation and review of all design concepts.
- Proposed feasible solution to improve the design and performance.
- Bugs fixing and brainstorming to solve the problems with team
members.
Phase II : Automated storage and retrieval system in Finger 3
- Provided the design concepts, 3D models and animations for ASRS
system to achieve the high-throughput container storage design.
