Hello, my name is Pearly, I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. To chase my dream, studying abroad is one of my life goals, so I had come to Taiwan since 2019. Until now, I am a fresh graduate student from the department of business administration at I-Shou University, Taiwan. During the college period, I was a member of the cheerleader team and a volunteer to participate in the activities such as freshmen orientation day, sports day and cultural relation universities’ festival that make me self-disciplined. In addition, I joined the Work and Travel program 2017 in Montana, United States. I met a lot of colleagues from different nationalities, and I learned how to work in a multicultural environment there. I am interested in consumer behavior research; therefore, my thesis was related to consumers’ continuance intention to use mobile applications. This study contributed to help service providers understand factors of users’ intention to maintain their loyalty after first time use.
