Conduct end to end recruitment process. 
 	 Responsible for determining the number of assistants that are needed and the criteria for assistants according to the position. 
 	 Advertise flyer for open recruitment. 
 	 A tester in psychological assessment for shortlisted candidates who pass the administrative stage. 
 	 Contribute to interviews, selection, and hiring candidates qualified candidates for the position.

Responsible for providing socialization of practitioners, on-boarding and training to the assistants before the practicum is held. 
 	 Responsible for monitoring performances of assistants in assessment reports and input scores into the database. 
 	 In charge of manage all administrative needed, and conduct an evaluation of the performance of the assistants at the end of the practicum. 
 	 Coordinate with Lecturer staff to select the most potential assistant candidates to be appointed as structural laboratory.

Secretary

Cooperate with team members in guiding the practitioner to understand the practicum. 
 	 Become a liaison between the practitioner and the structural lab. 
 	 Helping practitioners in solving problems, give assessment and feedback on the report of practical results.

Responsible for guiding students in doing assignments. 
 	 Give encouragement to students so that they are enthusiastic in participating in learning. 
 	 Responsible for doing students administration such as attendance document.
