Keeping records and writing reports Dealing with abandoned tenancies, squatters and unauthorized occupants Setting rents, administering their collection and developing policies to deal with arrears Interviewing tenants and giving advice on tenant/landlord relationships, house purchasing. Managing improvement loans/grants and administering repair and maintenance programs Dealing with breaches of tenancy/leasehold agreements culminating in possible evictions Processing applications for housing improvements and repairs and communicating outcomes Liaising with other welfare and professionals, including social workers and estate agents.

Coordinating activities of personnel engaged in shipping/receiving, planning, quality assurance, production, and other departments. Advising suppliers, outside vendors, and customer of the nature of the work, scheduling, and quality assurance programs. Completing of various projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects. Ability to work under pressure.
