Developed features to Raise Assessment, Edit Assessment, and Track Status of Assessment enabling smoother workflow. 2. Automated Mails for Compliance Mails to the Customers for alerting Application Owners about Compliance of Applications. 3. Implemented Net Promoter Score and Metrics for Assessment Process Feedback. 4. Implemented StatusTracking of Assessment across Statuses for generating SLA metrics. 5. Delegation Feature developed to enable Users to delegate co-employees to track applications. 6. Developed "Hold" Feature for Assessment Auditors to pause assessments for Better SLA Time. 7. Implemented Exception Approvers and Exception Process for Enabling Compliance for certain critical applications. 8. Multiple UI/UX improvements and Bug Fixes for enabling smoother workflow and making it User Friendly. ACHIEVEMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Looked after the transition of Development and Ownership from External Vendor in a span of less than a month for Developing Features and Deploying them. 2. Enabling new team members with the right Knowledge Transfer and get them to speed with development. 3. Providing Key Reports for the Leadership Members in various instances on tight timelines.

Job Opportunity System (GE AVIATION) - Developed multiple Key Features and Enhanced User Experience accomodating Unions for Hiring with AngularJs, JavaEE, MySQL as tech stack. 3. Automation Scripts (GE HEALTHCARE) - Strech Project to help a Reporting Tool to backup metrics. Used Python scripts to be run as CRON jobs for automating the manual process. 4. ILM (GE Lightning) - Stretch Project to enable service personnel to track and record Lighting Equipment Maintenance by using Angular, Java, and SQL.
