• Connected a wide variety of people from the community, such as immigrants, pregnant women, etc., with affordable resources that will address their social determinants to health.

• Helped patients apply for healthcare programs such as WyJoCare and Metrocare programs that aid low-income/uninsured residents of Clay, Platte, Jackson, Wyandotte, and Johnson country obtain access to healthcare .

• Taught weekly sessions for all students in introductory biology courses at KU in small group settings of approximately 15-25 students and led class-wide exam review sessions that ranged in attendance size from 50-300 students.
• Supervised a team of 7 supplemental instruction leaders, which included the responsibilities of hosting weekly staff meetings, organizing trainings, and liaising between my team, professors, and all our courses' teaching staff.
