As team lead, I have functioned as technical lead, engineering manager, and individual contributor for the Toast Takeout team. Together, we have grown a brand new product to over 500,000 users on both iOS and Android and helped restaurants achieve millions of dollars of revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Grew an engineering team into an efficient but agile group that contributed across multiple disciplines.
- Contributed to a large portion of the Toast Takeout iOS, Android, and backend ecosystem.
- Helped grow a new native application from 0 to hundreds of thousands of users with a 4.9 star rating on the iOS app store and a crash rate of under 0.1%.

Working to improve the Spotify experience at all multiple levels of the stack - iOS, Android, and Backend.
