My main focus was on managing and optimizing the global application scoutAsia backend. As a Scrum Master, I often break down tasks from PM backlogs, creating flow charts and define specific tasks for engineers. I also managed to conduct regular deployment of scoutAsia, make sure it is 0 downtime by using B/G deployment orchestrate with K8S. Also, our team worked closely with the frontend, data, and AI teams on regular basis. Project 225 (scoutAsia x Nikkei x SGX) is a successful three-way company collaboration to provide real-time translated content from The Nikkei through scoutAsia. We had multiple meetings before figuring out how to implement. Later, I proposed and implemented an embedded solution for SGX's Titan OTC platform, enabling SGX's engineering team to seamlessly integrate scoutAsia's iframe page and display The Nikkei's real-time content. Radar PO and PM wanted to introduce a new feature of the global application 'scoutAsia', which allows users to customize monitoring updates in their areas of interest. After several discussion, I created a flowchart to illustrate how data flows into Radar users, and presented the design, collected feedback. Ultimately utilized Azure Functions and Service Bus to craft Radar without making major code changes. In addition, I undertook the task of refactoring DB Mail notification system due to the main SQL Server crashing, and transitioned the third-party payment service from PayPal to Stripe of Handshakes App. All changes accompanied by clear and comprehensive documentation.

During this period, I participated in the development of numerous projects and products, making contributions to their success. 2019 CDP We developed the Customer Data Platform base on the customer and order data. Using RFM model to Segment customers and manage ETL with Apache Airflow. Later, I developed a web application using Python Flask and prepared various types of report data to display the comprehensive dashboard with insights. 2018 DadaMaster We developed this online course platform offers various types of courses. I have successfully integrated a video platform and a third-party payment service for customers, making it easy for them to purchase courses and watch them online. 2017 Hackme Awards (Creative & Coding Competition similar to HackDay and won third prize & Best speech awards.) I Led a small team to train user data and to build recommendation model, which can predict products who also like while browsing on some online stores. We successfully demonstrated a pop-up developed by chrome extension and shows a set of predicting products automatically by using raw data from Google Analytics. 2015 Pingle Base on the success of SaveBar, I began using ASP.NET MVC and Bootstrap to develop the price comparison website, Pingle. I collaborated with the UI team to make it support RWD. Additionally, Integrated with OAuth (both fb, google ) for user log in, implemented SEO for better visibility, and utilized Google Analytics for website optimization and monitoring. Ultimately, we reached the top 500 in Alexa ranking in Taiwan. 2013 SaveBar We created a crawling system to scan all products in Taiwan. Covering more than 80 stores and over 20 million products. We distributed many web spiders in virtual machines on the cloud. After that, we upload every product info to Apache Solr for indexing, so that we can search and filter and facet products. Ultimately we created a chrome extension and a firefox plugin called 'SaveBar'. It will pop-up while the user browsing a product and automatically show the same products but at a different price on other stores. Users can easily save their money by installing this extension. 2010 BloggerAds Participated in the development of the advertising platform, which included maintaining advertiser and member backend system.

Participated in the development of Chi Mei Corporation's supply chain management system. Use J2EE, eclipse and Oracle. And use ASP.NET Web Forms to develop physical examination reporting system for MJ Life Corporation.

Manage and maintain computer equipment in all departments of the company. I also built an online approval system for my department to simplify certain requirements that still use paperwork.
