您好，我叫丁書群，2014年畢業於淡江大學經濟系。大學畢業後，我在一家名為PlayPlus的新創公司從零開始學習程式語言任職網頁前端工程師三年。在公司成立僅幾個月的時候就加入了該團隊，我能夠快速掌握網頁設計所需的技能與快速吸收與適應各種創新的想法。在此項工作中，製作了超過40個專案網站以上，不僅要學習運用HTML、CSS、JavaScript也必須要設計網頁介面與 UX/UI，我能夠發揮自己的創造力和機智讓案子能更完美的呈現。

當了三年的工程師，當時的我非常渴望到國外去學習更多更廣的知識與技術，並到大陸深圳的中國建設銀行與武漢的百度公司實習，在建設銀行時學到了如何跟各種不同的客戶溝通和幫助他們完成銀行業務，令我印象最深刻的是建設銀行的智慧櫃員機，開戶只需要三分鐘，運用這種科技在銀行是我在台灣沒有看過的，也見識到了當地的無人銀行，各種機器人可以幫忙辦理銀行各種業物使我開了眼界。

之後被交流協會指派當領隊帶領20位實習生前往大陸湖北武漢實習，20位實習生分別分在四家公司為百度百捷集團，奇米網路科技，仁福醫藥與寧美國度。實習過程中被指派在百度推廣營銷活動《互聯網營銷新思維》中擔任主持人，並且在這期間訓練了自己的領導與帶領團隊的能力。

而後被天華顧問公司聘為總經理的特別助理，這對我來說是一個難得的機會，可以從高層次上密切觀察公司的管理與協助英文翻譯和寫合約的需求。最後這半年在Cmoney精進了自己的寫程式能力，在每週一到週日從早上到晚上，學習並作出了一款Java遊戲與一款存錢App。做專案時都自己動手畫prototype與 Xmind且實作出來，並且學習運用了Java、Swift 、XCode、Android Studio 製作專案。這半年不僅培養了寫程式的能力，也因為公司有非常多關於金融方面的產品，原本在大陸實習時就對金融科技開始產生興趣，現在則是對金融科技充滿熱誠。

本人擁有軟體開發經驗Web和App與跨部門的溝通能力，也非常能適應新創公司必須快速學習新知與具有創意改變的文化，希望能有幸拿到面試機會, 若有幸進入貴公司服務，必將竭盡所能，貢獻所學，為貴公司創造最大利益。


After graduated from college, I have been working full-time at a startup company called PlayPlus for three years. Joining the team when the company was only a few months old, I was able to quickly pick up the skills required in web-design due to my strong ability to adapt to new innovations. In this job, I have been able to bring out my creativity and resourcefulness to my work. As a person who enthusiastically accepts the potentials new technologies can bring, I aim to use new ideas to make the work environment more streamlined and efficient. As a result, I have been recruited by Tian Hua Consulting as the General Manager’s special assistant, which for me is a precious opportunity to observe company management in a close and high level view. I was able to not only assist in producing proposals and MOU contracts, but also achieve partnership that worth over $1Million NTD. This demonstrates my ability to achieve and adapt simultaneously at an high pressure environment.
Meanwhile, through PlayPlus, I was able to learn HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Although I did not major in computer science in college, I slowly developed an interest in coding, and decided to return to technology industry. In order to further develop my skills, I signed up for classes to learn more about software industry. By joining CMoney, I was able to sharpen my coding skills by everyday learning and developing one game app and iOS/Android app, leveraging java, swift, XCode, Android Studio, all of which I learned from CMoney. Though I have no actual experience in project management on software, I always volunteered to become the project management leader, utilizing all project management skills I learned through class and books, and also my communication skills.
I believe these skills would be very beneficial in helping me excel in my further pursing job as project manager, and I very much look forward to communicate my interest in your firm and the position.
