I am Tata Sum, and so glad to share my career experience with diverse roles such as RE, FAE, PM, TPM, and founder. With 10 years of experience in the IT field and 6 years of project management experience, so appreciated have the opportunities to learn the best ways to address endless challenges and missions with my past experience. My most recent job was at Google as a TPM, where I was responsible for managing Bluetooth QA for phone and wearable products, leading a QA team of 20 members to achieve QA project and automation development goals. We also put effort into automating Bluetooth test projects. Despite reducing manual manpower by half, we still maintained test productivity and quality using automation techniques. Before joining Google, I was a founder and served diverse enterprise clients including retail, hotel, government, and medical clinic customers. I love learning about different industries and solving people's difficulties. Satisfying clients' expectations and goals is my priority mission. Similarly, at Google, I maintained a passionate attitude in assisting my team members, meeting project goals required by my supervisor, and throughout my career. My strengths include not only excellent communication and coordination skills, but also a strong technical background in trending technologies like A.I.
